"We are a small group of artists living on the North Olympic peninsula who share a common love of the watercolor medium.  Members represent a cross section of talent, from beginners to professionals.  Membership is currently limited to 15 members in order to maintain a sense of camaraderie and mutual support.  Painting together weekly in Gail St.Peter’s Straitside Studio, we share ideas, tips, techniques and constructive critiques.  These weekly sessions, where each artist paints in his/her own style on his/her own subject, provide the group with support, encouragement, and inspiration."

Museum & Arts Center features a group show from the North Olympic Watercolorists. This groups includes Anne Thomas, Robert Lee, Dee Smiley, Diana Miller, Gail St.Peter, JoAnn Haick, Johanna Dargatz, Joy Filip, Linda Stadtmiller, Maggie Walthall, Marilyn Hooser, Rita Heywood, Saundra Cutsinger, and Wanda Sims.
